On 3 July 2009 Hungarian State Holding Company (MNV Zrt.)  issued a two-round public tender for selecting an investment service provider organising the issue of, and selling to foreign and domestic institutional investors, new bonds exchangeable for Richter Gedeon Nyrt. shares, to be issued by MNV Zrt. with capital market techniques, in order to refinance the payment obligations arising from the maturity of the bonds exchangeable for Richter Gedeon Nyrt. shares, issued by APV Zrt., the legal predecessor of MNV Zrt.

The call for proposals in the „Richter Gedeon Nyrt. 2009. bond issue” public tender for the selection of the investment service provider will be published on MNV Zrt.’s website on 3 July 2009 (Friday). The Tender Documentation may be purchased under the terms and conditions stated in the Call for proposals at MNV Zrt. Customer Service (Budapest 1133, Pozsonyi út 56.) from 6 July 2009. Deadline for the submission of proposals: 20 July 2009 (Monday).
